The SeedyNuts Returns & Quality Promise

At SeedyNuts, we stand behind the quality of everything we pack. We work with real ingredients, real suppliers, and real checks — so when something isn’t right, we put it right.

This Promise is designed to be fair, clear, and honest — for you and for us.


1. Our Promise

If your SeedyNuts order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — quickly and without hassle.

If you’re unsure about a product before opening it, we’ll always do our best to help.


2. What We’ll Always Fix (No Debate)

You’re entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit

  • The seal or packaging is compromised

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The product is not as described

  • There is a quality or food safety issue

In these cases:

  • We’ll offer a refund or replacement

  • We may request photos to resolve the issue quickly

  • You won’t be left out of pocket


3. Food Safety & Hygiene

Because we sell food products, UK food safety and hygiene regulations apply.

This means:

  • Opened or unsealed food cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons

  • We cannot accept returns based on taste preference alone

  • Products must be returned in original SeedyNuts packaging

This protects you, us, and every customer we serve.


4. Unopened Items & Change of Mind

If you change your mind before opening a product:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and unused

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

All returns must be approved before being sent back.


5. How to Raise a Return or Issue

  1. Email info@seedynuts.co.uk

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos (where relevant)

  3. We’ll respond within 2 working days with next steps

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once resolved.


6. Fair Use Policy

We trust our customers — and we ask the same in return.

The SeedyNuts Promise is intended for genuine issues. We reserve the right to limit or refuse goodwill refunds where there is evidence of repeated or excessive misuse.

This helps us:

  • Keep prices fair

  • Reduce food waste

  • Focus on quality, not claims

Your statutory consumer rights are never affected.


7. A Note on Real Food

Real food isn’t factory-perfect. Natural variation in colour, size, texture, or flavour can occur and does not indicate a fault.

8. Policy Updates

As SeedyNuts grows, this policy may evolve. Any changes will be clearly published and will never reduce your statutory rights.
